Registration

Onsite registration will be located in the entrance foyer of Lerner Hall. Attendees may pickup their registration packets during registration hours on the following days:

• Sunday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Monday – Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

NOTE: Student registration applies to Undergraduates, Graduates and Post-Doc

 

 

 

 

 

The Registration Fee for members, non-members, and students includes admission to the technical sessions, plenary events, poster sessions, expositions, a.m. and p.m. breaks and the welcome and award receptions. Guest registrations include admission to the exposition and receptions.

 

Cancellation Policy

Request for refunds must be submitted in writing to Office of Society Services, American Chemical Society, 1155 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036; fax 202-872-6067. For refunds requested January 15 through April 15, 2009, a processing fee of $50 will be deducted. For refunds requested from April 16 to June 1, 2009, a $200 processing fee will be deducted. No refunds after June 1, 2009.
