ACS computers are provided for ACS business use and are to be used primarily for this purpose. It is the policy of the American Chemical Society to ensure that computer and network systems are used appropriately in the conduct of its business. The policy is based on the principle that the information technology environment is provided to support ACS’ mission. Uses that negatively impact or endanger the integrity of the environment are forbidden.
