Tips for International Registrants

The 14th Annual Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference is open to all persons who are interested, pay the necessary registration fee, and otherwise conform to the ACS Bylaws for its meetings. Personal letters of invitation are not necessary to attend this conference.

ACS does not provide financial support to conference participants. The registration fee, airfare, ground transportation, hotel, meals, travel insurance, and any other expenses are the responsibility of each conference participant.

All attendees, including speakers and poster presenters, must register for the conference in order to participate in the technical sessions or the exposition. Attendees must display their badge at all times in order to be admitted to all official conference sessions and events.

Applying for a Visa to the United States

This process should be started at least three months before the conference.

To register, plan your travel, reserve your hotel room, and obtain scheduling details, visit the other sections of this website. To save money and assure you receive proper accommodations, we strongly recommend that you complete your hotel reservations and register for the conference before the deadlines.
